KRISTI – Clinical Operations Manager
Kristi serves as the Clinic Operations Manager for Dr. Meldrum’s practice. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day clinical aspects of the practice, she also enjoys medical assisting for Dr. Meldrum. With years of experience, Kristi is most in her element in the patient rooms. Her priority is to establish a trusting relationship with each patient. She makes sure each patient has a comfortable and pleasant experience from procedure to recovery to follow-up. As someone who has spent the majority of her professional career in healthcare, she loves to help enhance patients’ quality of life. Likewise, she is devoted to being a part of a place where surgery and art come together. She knows Dr. Meldrum’s background, training, knowledge, and skills inside and out, and is an invaluable asset to our practice.
When not caring for patients, Kristi enjoys reading and spending time outdoors and could hike for miles! She also absolutely enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children.
MEICHELLE – Office Manager / Controller
With years of experience in the professional administrative setting, Meichelle drives the business and financial side of Dr. Meldrum’s clinic and has a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. Utilizing her degree in Healthcare Management and Policy as well as Business Administration, she oversees the day-to-day functions of the office and endeavors to assist anyone that comes through our clinic doors. Meichelle enjoys skillfully managing organizational duties, business development, and client relations for Dr. Meldrum’s clinic. She works diligently to assure that things run seamlessly, and our patients and staff are content. She also strives to keep the office atmosphere light and fun.
Meichelle’s happy place is with her husband and son, and the great outdoors. She especially enjoys camping and kayaking. When she can’t be outside, you’ll most likely find her with her nose in a book or writing fiction.
YESENIA - Front Office Receptionist
Yesenia—a fireball of energy—serves as our front office expert. With over 10 years of experience, she is in charge of handling the front desk, the greeting of our patients, as well as other administrative support functions.
When a patient comes through our doors, her infectious smile welcomes them—without fail. Yesenia always strives to ensure that your visit to our clinic will exceed your expectations. She endeavors to make sure the patients’ needs are being met at all times. Whether it is at the front scheduling appointments or assisting with patient inquiries, she continually makes herself available to anyone and everyone! She enjoys taking on new responsibilities and is a huge asset to her co-workers and patients alike.
Outside of the clinic, Yesenia has a deep affection for nature and animals. She enjoys hiking, walking, volleyball, reading, and crafting. She is exceptionally family-oriented, adores spending time with her friends, and absolutely loves doting on the family dogs.
